Policies

Practice Range: 

Practice range operational hours are the same as the Pro Shop.

Monday, the range closes at 6pm and will remain closed until 8am on Tuesday for maintenance work.

All players must check in at the Pro Shop to purchase range balls.  Only range balls purchased from Tanglewood may be used on the range.

Range balls and bags are not to leave the practice area or property.

General Information:

All players must register in the Pro Shop.

Each player must have their own bag and clubs.

Rental clubs are available by advanced reservation.

Groups with less than 4 players will be paired up to make 4-somes on busy days.

All food and beverages must be purchased from Tanglewood.

Personal coolers and alcohol will not be permitted at any time on Tanglewood property, and all violators will be promptly escorted off the property without a refund.

Senior players must be age 50 or older to receive the senior rate.

Junior players must be age 17 or under to receive the junior rate.

All juniors must present a valid driver's license to operate golf carts.

No player under age 14 is permitted on the golf course without a parent or guardian.

Reservations:

Reservations may be made one week in advance by phone or online.

Reservations for multiple tee times (more than four players) require a valid credit card to hold the reservation.  The party making the reservation is responsible for the total number of players and will be charged accordingly.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time by calling the Pro Shop.

Advanced reservations are preferred, walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.

Rain Check Policy:

Rain checks will be given if the course becomes unplayable.

Rain checks will be issued based on the number of holes played.

Pace Of Play:

Please keep up with the group in front of you to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Groups are expected to maintain a pace of play set by the Pro Shop for the days circumstances (ex; cart path only).

Player assistance will be given on busy days.

Dress Code:

All golfers are expected to wear proper golf attire which will be governed by the Tanglewood staff.

Collared shirts, and No Denim.

Soft spikes are mandatory.

Spectators/ Non-Playing Guests:

Extra cart fee is required for all non-playing guests with group.
